I stayed at Rinn Kamiebisu for 4 nights during my trip to Kyoto. The hotel had a modern and attractive design with a Japanese aesthetic, giving it a unique and cozy atmosphere. The promotional mid-week deal made it even more appealing and affordable. The location, although in a quiet residential area, was only a short 10-12 minute walk from the train station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room was equipped with four comfortable pillows and had all the amenities I needed. Additionally, the hotel provided tea and coffee, and there were several eating options nearby. I also appreciated the efficient check-in process despite the limited reception desk hours.

The hotel subtly blends into the backstreets, making me feel like a local spy. Facilities were perfect, especially the laundry room for my ten loads of dirty socks. Loved the black and white theme, made me feel like I was living in an old movie.

Blinds were nice, waking up with the sun is just my idea of a relaxing alarm clock. Absolutely loved it.

The room was trendy and spacious, had an electric kettle, and a fridge - super convenient! The staff were friendly and really helpful, which was a nice extra touch. 😊

The hotel was a super base for enjoying a pretty quiet area, so close to quiet residential area and Kyoto train station and the city centre. The room was beautifully designed and spacious and there were climate control, a personal safe and multi-channel television. The central location and affable and really kind staff were the highlight of this delightful stay.

Our visit was quite comfortable, ideal for our purposes. The hotel was a super base for enjoying a residential area, just off taxi and restaurant and quiet residential area. The stuff where very friendly and affable all the time. Coffee and tea were really appreciated.

Convenient location, quiet streets, helpful English-speaking staff. Spacious room for three adults, clean and attention to detail. Bit of a distance from main station but manageable, close to Kyoto Aquarium. Neat room, prompt upgrade when hot water issue arose. Good location for day trips. Clean, Japanese-style, separate bathtub and washing areas. Friendly and professional staff, not far from train station. Washing machines available.

the venue was in a central location just off tourist attractions, the railway station, and restaurant. furthermore, in between what we imagined as "traditional " styled japanese neighborhood.

Everything in this beautiful little and great hotel was excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed it. We spent 2 nights in a double room.

Great value for money and convenient location! The hotel offers excellent recommendations for food, drinks and things to do in the area. The room was surprisingly spacious with a sophisticated and inviting bathroom.

The absence of staff during certain hours of the day made check-in difficult and costly for luggage storage. , no cleaning service for the room was available during our stay, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel I stayed at had a lot of complementary features that made my city break a lot easier, such as power points and USB charging ports. The location was also fantastic, with attractions being easily accessible and a short 10-minute walk from the central station. the hotel was surprisingly spacious, making it a great option for those with larger luggage.

My stay at the hotel wasn’t perfect. One of the main issues was the lack of space in the room, with a dining table and chairs taking up a substantial amount of room.
